Proud of their heritage and knowledge of the property industry, this surveyors is looking for a meticulous Accounts Assistant to support the wider accounts team and handle all accounts administration. What’s in it for you as Accounts Assistant? * Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm * Salary: £25,000 * 20 days holiday per annum Accounts Assistant Responsibilities: * Effectively handle incoming queries relating to accounting and billing * Process incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring all payments are in line with agreed payment timescales * Create invoices and ensure they are recorded on the CRM * Produce monthly and quarterly reports for clients * Prepare bank reconciliations for client accounts * Support with all administration tasks within the accounts department * Assist with ad-hoc tasks outside of the accounts department when necessary Accounts Assistant Skills and Experience: * Possesses previous experience within a similar role, either as an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Administration, or Finance Assistant * Knowledge of the property sector would be a distinct advantage, but not essential * Experience using Re-leased; Barclays and Epdq would be beneficial * Confident liaising with clients and handling queries * Strong eye for detail and meticulous in your approach to tasks
