Customer Service Advisor - Part Time Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing a professional, helpful and efficient service.
Process customer orders accurately and promptly, checking stock availability, delivery times and order requirements and keeping customers updated throughout.
Maintain accurate customer records, order information and supporting documentation using internal systems.
Provide customers with product information and general advice, referring more technical or complex queries to the appropriate team where required.
Coordinate deliveries, track orders and resolve delivery queries, returns, collections, credits, refunds and other routine account enquiries.
Work closely with sales, customer service and other internal departments to resolve issues, ensuring customers are kept informed of any delays or changes.
Take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution, complete associated administration and maintain a good knowledge of products, procedures and service standards.
Customer Service Advisor - Part Time Skills and Experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
Good general numeracy and literacy skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident using standard computer systems and office-based software.
Well organised with the ability to manage priorities and complete tasks accurately.
Able to use initiative and resolve day-to-day queries effectively.
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
