You'll build strong relationships, manage your own caseload and support clients through everything from day-to-day HR queries to more complex workplace situations.

Employee Relations Advisor Responsibilities
- Provide practical HR advice and guidance to clients across a wide range of employee relations matters.
- Manage your own varied caseload, supporting clients from initial enquiry through to resolution.
- Advise on disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters.
