We’re seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our British cuisine, which features fresh, seasonal ingredients. This role offers a competitive salary of £48,500 plus a guaranteed annual bonus of £2,000-£4,000.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in upscale or fine dining establishments.

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing a team of 20 chefs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations as the Senior Sous Chef.

• Work alongside the Head Chef to innovate and refine British culinary offerings.

• Train and mentor kitchen staff under the guidance of a Senior Sous Chef.

• Maintain the highest food quality standards and presentation as a Senior Sous Chef.

• £48,500 base salary with an additional guaranteed bonus of £2,000-£4,000 per year.
