Were launching a new concept-led, lifestyle-driven dining space in London and were looking for a Head Chef whos ready to take ownership, grow with us, and play a key role in shaping something special.

This is not just a kitchen job; its an opportunity to become the right hand to the founder, helping to execute all pre-opening tasks and manage the kitchen setup and opening. We have expansion plans, so were looking for a Head Chef who wants to grow with us and be part of building something long-term.

Who You Are:

• A confident Head Chef (or rising Sous Chef) with strong technical and managerial skills

• Experienced in Londons casual dining scene, with a creative, trend-aware edge

• Obsessed with quality, cost control, and reducing waste

• Hands-on, organised, and proactive; a natural problem-solver

• Someone who genuinely loves food, hospitality, and bringing people together

• Bonus points if youre into music, sports, or self-development

What Youll Do:

• Act as the founders right hand, supporting all pre-opening planning and setup

• Help manage the kitchen fit-out, supplier sourcing, recruitment, and systems

• Support the Founder in menu development and execution

• Build and lead a kitchen team of up to 12

• Create a strong, positive kitchen culture from day one

• Play a key role in the long-term vision as a foundational Head Chef in a growing brand
