The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and innovative Chef Manager and to join an established area support team. This is the perfect role for a Chef Manager who is looking to make an impact get noticed and be involved in various projects, including presentations, mobilisation, menu creativity, experience various contracts within the business, giving you an insight to all areas with a view to progress in to management, development or area management, depending on what your aspirations are. Menus arent set as standard, which allows you to create menus either on your own or as part of a team, using fresh, seasonable, locally sourced ingredients.
The Role
This is a pivotal role with the company. You will be a creative culinary force, introducing new, exciting, and cost-effective dishes that reflect current food trends and various nutritional concepts.
