Midwest Services UK is recruiting for one of London’s leading hotels’ dedicated housekeepers to join our professional team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Change guest bed sheets and clean their bathroom and toilet.
- Empty bins and clean communal areas.
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet Midwest’s high standards.
- Ensure that guest items are left safe in the room.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Strictly adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Reporting To
Answerable to the Head Housekeeper.
Additional Duties
- Assist in training new team members when required.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices and standards.
