Your Role

You will work closely with senior leadership to lead and evolve the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. From building product-level profitability models to influencing pricing strategies and supporting strategic investment decisions, this is a true business partnering role with real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning cycle including budgets, reforecasts, and long-range plans
Build detailed financial models to support pricing, profitability, and investment decisions
Produce insightful performance analysis with clear recommendations to drive results
Collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to align financial strategy with business goals
Set up and maintain product-level P&Ls and support product lifecycle planning
Lead cross-functional strategic projects, driving continuous improvement across the business

What You’ll Bring

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
At least 3 years experience in a financial planning or commercial finance role
Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel ability
Confident business partner with excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in a tech, manufacturing or product-led environment preferred
Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
