The Company
Join a fast-growing tech company entering an exciting scale‐up phase. The business is building innovative, data‐driven software products and is now seeking a Head of Software to define the technical direction and lead the engineering function.

The Role
As Head of Software, you\’ll take ownership of full‐stack development and guide a talented team through rapid growth. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you\’ll set technical strategy, shape engineering practices, and ensure the delivery of robust, secure, and scalable cloud‐based software. You will work closely with cross‐functional teams and senior leadership to bring new features and products to market.

What You\’ll Be Doing

Leading and scaling a high‐performing software engineering team in a dynamic start‐up environment

Owning full‐stack development across backend, frontend, APIs, and cloud services

Defining technical vision, architecture, and best practices

Collaborating with data, product, and engineering teams to deliver cutting‐edge solutions

Building secure, scalable systems using AWS cloud technologies

Setting engineering standards, processes, and delivery frameworks

Remaining hands‐on where appropriate – supporting code reviews, architecture decisions, and technical mentoring

Partnering with leadership to drive product strategy and execution

What We\’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer

Strong background in senior or leadership engineering roles

Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and develop teams

Comfortable balancing hands‐on engineering with strategic leadership
