Main Purpose

To listen, observe, and gather experience and to complete practical work.

Standard Duties

  • To further your knowledge and understand all the different job roles within the company.
  • To gather experience in different disciplines.
  • To show willingness, enthusiasm, initiative, and honesty.
  • To input ideas within the work groups.
  • To follow Health and Safety by wearing correct PPE and following H&S procedures.
  • To follow work instructions and procedures.
  • To represent NiBS in a professional manner and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • To keep all company information private and confidential.
  • To undertake any other duties reasonably requested by NiBS Management.

Main Duties

  • To report in every day to a manager or working colleague.
  • To follow instructions from your manager or senior staff.
  • To further your knowledge and understand all the different job roles within the company.
  • To learn as much as you can about the company and how you can progress your career.
  • To carry out testing on batteries.
  • To assist in battery teardowns.
  • To assist with Goods In and Goods Out.
  • To work alongside senior staff in Production, Testing, and Warehouse areas.
