Role Overview The Operations Manager will lead operational performance across fabrication and machining, electrical assembly, commissioning and programming, and aftersales service and parts. Working closely with department leads and the Project Manager, they will coordinate resources, resolve operational priorities and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to agreed quality standards. The role will drive continuous improvement, strengthen operational systems and reporting, and develop team capability to support business growth.
