We are looking for a proactive and client‑focused Customer Services Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries by phone, email, and online channels.

This role plays a key part in delivering excellent service while managing daily orders and administrative tasks.

It is office‑based in Newtown Mid Wales with employees working on site and collaborating closely with internal teams to provide effective and timely support to customers.

Initial training and day‑to‑day responsibilities will take place at our office, along with regular team collaboration and meetings.

Candidates must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process daily customer orders and coordinate warehouse dispatch
  • Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues and escape where required
  • Communicate delivery schedules and follow up on order queries
  • Log customer queries and maintain accurate records
  • Support service bookings
  • Carry out general administrative duties and support the wider team as required by the business

Essential Skills & Experience

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong customer focus with a professional and courteous approach
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
