The Role
We are looking for new team members to join our fast-paced Production department.
As Production Operative, you don’t need to have worked in a drinks factory before as you will receive full training on how to run our canning, bottling and Tetra Pak machines.
Main Duties
- Running production lines across our factory.
- Carrying out and record quality checks.
- Recording downtime of equipment accurately.
- Ensuring equipment is kept clean through regular hygiene procedures.
- Adhering to health and safety policies and working to risk assessments.
- Candidate Requirements
- Reliable, flexible and a good team player.
- Hard working, enthusiastic and eager to develop.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Safety conscious.
- Basic IT skills and a good standard of English and Maths.
- Hours and Location
You will be based at our production facility at Heartsease, Knighton working an average of 42 hours per week, 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, rotating 0600 to 1800 and 1800 to 0600.
Rate of pay - £13.76 per hour.
