To provide a general housekeeping service including cleaning and caretaking duties within the Council Offices, Ballyronan Road, Magherafelt in order that it is kept and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and service, whilst providing support to services by way of housekeeping arrangements through the provision of hospitality for meetings and engagements within the building.
Responsibilities:
- General facility cleaning duties to tidy and dust offices and public areas of the building.
- Vacuuming, including periodically cleaning of the areas not in public use including display cabinets and other offices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or caretaking experience.
