The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

To provide a general housekeeping service including cleaning and caretaking duties within the Council Offices, Ballyronan Road, Magherafelt in order that it is kept and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and service, whilst providing support to services by way of housekeeping arrangements through the provision of hospitality for meetings and engagements within the building.Please refer to Job Description for full specification.

Responsibilities

  • General facility cleaning duties to tidy and dust offices and public areas of the building, vacuuming, including periodically cleaning of the areas not in public use.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous cleaning or caretaking experience and good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with the general public and Knowledge of COSHH regulations
