Overview
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our team at MUA, an established and reputable online auction house. This role is primarily focused on processing bidder invoices and managing associated paperwork, ensuring smooth financial operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bidder invoices promptly and accurately
- Manage bidder registrations, ensuring compliance and accuracy of details
- Reconcile incoming payments
- Assist with credit control, including monitoring outstanding balances and following up where required
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with end‑of‑day reporting
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer support
- Provide general administrative support across the business as needed
Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in admin role; accounts or finance administration preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, and comfortable with digital systems
