Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑standard care to registered and temporary patients.
- Conduct telephone and face‑to‑face consultations and triage.
- Prescribe and manage repeat prescriptions using the practice formulary.
- Complete clinical and non‑clinical administrative duties promptly.
- Adopt professional, autonomous decision‑making for presenting problems.
- Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
- Provide counselling, health education and referral to other care providers as appropriate.
- Maintain clear, contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards.
