Working within a well-established and successful TMT franchise you will work on a high proportion of Tech M&A execution in an entrepreneurial environment and ascend into an origination capacity. You will gain responsibility for overseeing deals, manage juniors and work directly with MDs and Directors. The firm offers a flexible approach to work and provides a work/life balance that is excellent for M&A.
Responsibilities:
- Working across the Tech sector (Software) on a range of buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Day to day management of transactions which includes preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis and taking responsibility for preparation of information and client communications
- Industry research for both deal origination and transaction analysis
- Valuation work and Financial modelling, including DCF and LBO analysis
- Important and growing contribution to marketing and business development opportunities
Skills and experience required:
- Strong education and displaying high academic achievement
- Strong background in Tech/TMT M&A and deals to illustrate your expertise
- You will likely be in a credible bank, boutique or professional services M&A team and seeking greater exposure and a better work/life balance
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Team player
