MidKent College's Student Welfare team is seeking a part-time Student Welfare Assistant at the Gillingham Campus. You will work closely with the Student Support Coordinator and Welfare Officers to expand emotional wellbeing and mental health support for students, in line with safeguarding legislation and best practice.

You will support Children in Care within the Virtual Schools Post 16 cohort, provide day-to-day welfare and pastoral guidance, assist with Personal Education Plans (PEPs), monitor.
