Event Support Team Members will assist in the daily & weekly event operations of GlassBox Theatre & Pavilion Events. This role is 5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • These are flexible paid roles that will cover a range of duties across our commercial venues based at Medway.
  • Initially, most hours required will be in the evenings and on weekends but as our venues develop and build capacity, daytime work will also be available.
  • General areas of responsibility will include:
    • Customer services
    • Bar, waiting & barista
    • Box Office Support
    • Event & theatre technical support

*18+ staff only

Responsibilities within these roles will also include working with MidKent College students to support them with work experience, therefore an enhanced DBS check will be required prior to appointment to the role. These positions are part time and hours will be agreed on a weekly rota basis. In addition, the post holder(s) will be required to be trained to act as both a Fire Marshal and First Aider.
