As a Production Line Operator, you'll play an important part in the manufacture and assembly of high-quality double glazed units, including bespoke products for a wide range of customers. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll receive full training and have the opportunity to develop your skills within a well-established manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture and assemble double glazed units to customer specifications.
  • Complete daily production schedules safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all products meet our high quality standards.
  • Complete production paperwork and records accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  • Operate machinery safely and carry out basic machine maintenance.
  • Report equipment faults, breakdowns or safety concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise productivity.
  • Support other production departments when required.
  • Follow company policies, procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times.
About You:
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Enjoy practical, hands-on work.
  • Reliable, hardworking with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Effective team player.
  • Able to follow detailed instructions and work accurately.
  • Basic maths and literacy skills.

Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
