About the Role
As a Recreation Assistant (Wetside), you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a safe and enjoyable experience while using our facilities.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing lifeguard cover and maintaining the safety of all swimming pool users.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive experience for all visitors.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the leisure facilities.
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures and operational guidelines are always followed.
About You
We're looking for someone who
- Has experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- Works well as part of a team and can adapt to changing situations.
- Is enthusiastic about learning and developing a career within the leisure sector.
- Ideally holds a current
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) , however training can be given.
- A
First Aid at Work qualification is desirable but not essential.
