Integrated Placement of Care Team (IPOCH) seeks an enthusiastic individual with a passion for teaching and supporting others, sharing knowledge and experience within the community setting.
Responsibilities
- Support unregistered staff across CCICP geographical locations, developing clinical skills, shadowing staff to undertake assessments.
- Lead, design, and deliver educational programmes, including clinical skills lab training, classroom based training, and assessments in practice.
- Provide direct patient care within the community setting.
- Manage a team of Band 4 trainers in assisting training delivery and implementation.
- Promote development of new and current unregistered staff to improve skills and competencies for high‑quality care in patients’ homes.
- Support clinical practice, including workbook updating and marking.

- A professional Registration essential for undertaking this role.
- Effectively communicate and work in evidence‑based practice, adhering to local and national policies.
