Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Home Enteral Feeding/Community Dietitian based at Leighton Hospital, Crewe. You will work across South Cheshire providing clinical intervention, home visits, and community clinics, with focus on enteral feeding and nutritional support.
The role offers competency-based development toward band 6, with training and MDT collaboration across the community team and with local nurses and physicians. Experience in community dietetics is desirable.
