Ward Manager - Gynaecology Outpatients

Overview

The Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust Outpatient Department facilitates & supports a wide range of Gynaecology outpatient services, both face to face and remote. We are looking for an experienced Charge Nurse to join our Broomfield team to lead in the day-to-day running of the department & provide support to all services provided within it following induction & ongoing support. You will use your experience to develop and maintain good departmental management and act as a positive role model, showing clear concise and strong leadership. You will support both qualified and unqualified staff, whilst enhancing and ensuring positive experience, and patient safety at all times.
