Overview
We are looking for a suitably qualified Technician, with relevant practical experience, to join our team. You will be an integral part of a critical service that supports our Trust by undertaking maintenance, improvement and minor capital works on all facilities across MSE so that our clinical teams can continue to care for our patients. The Technician will be able to effectively advise, instruct and train colleagues, and other groups, in the safe operation of equipment and systems. To provide advice and technical support to colleagues on the availability, suitability and maintainability of plant and equipment, in support of patient care. To liaise with service contractors, which may include arranging access to particular areas, and shutdown of essential plant and systems, in order to facilitate ongoing maintenance, respond to breakdowns and facilitate repairs.
