Join Our Team as a Booking & Reception Administrator! Are you highly organised, friendly, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care? We\’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Booking and Reception Team.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential clerical and administrative support.
• Handle telephone enquiries and greet patients at reception.
• Book and manage appointments to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
• Welcome patients to the outpatient areas.
• Check information with the patient and ensure all information entered onto computer systems is accurate and up-to-date.
• Work in the call centre, speaking to patients about appointments, and changing, moving and cancelling where required.
• Ensure messages, whether in person, by telephone or email, are passed on to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
• Deal with patient complaints / challenging conversations when necessary.
