Are you highly organised, friendly, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care? We\’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Booking and Reception Team.
In this varied and vital role, you\’ll be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential clerical and administrative support. From handling telephone enquiries and greeting patients at reception, to booking and managing appointments, you\’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Main duties of the job
- Welcome patients to the outpatient areas.
- Check information with the patient and ensure all information entered onto computer systems is accurate and up-to-date.
- Working in the call centre, speaking to patients about appointments, changing, moving and cancelling where required.
- Ensure messages, whether in person, by telephone or email, are passed on to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
- Deal with patient complaints / challenging conversations when necessary.
