Overview

We are currently recruiting an experienced Occupational Health Adviser to provide an effective occupational health and wellbeing service across the three Acute Hospitals within the MSE Trust and external organisations, as contracted. If successful you will actively participate and contribute to the development of a high quality Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service for all staff in the Trust and external organisations. You will also proactively engage with all stakeholders in order to influence the health and well-being of the organisation and its employees and offer specialist advice on matters relating to occupational health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • To provide an effective occupational health and wellbeing service across the three Acute Hospitals within the MSE NHS Trust and external organisations, as contracted.
  • To actively participate and contribute to the development of a high quality Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service for all staff in the Trust and external organisations.
  • To proactively engage with all stakeholders in order to influence the health and well-being of the organisation and its employees.
  • To offer specialist advice on matters relating to occupational health and wellbeing.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse or hold Professional Registration, have an OH Diploma or equivalent degree and have experience as an Occupational Health Adviser either in the private sector or at a Band 5 level or above.
