The predicted salary is between 17938 - 17938 £ per year.
Hours: 7 hour shifts (18:00-01:00), working on a 2 week rolling rota on a 2/2/3 working pattern. Week 1 – Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun / Week 2 – Wed, Thu. Including bank holidays.
Base: Chelmsford
Pro rata salary: £17,938.70 (£27,598 FTE Includes unsocial hours allowance of time and half paid for hours worked after midnight)
The Mid Essex Sanctuary provides support via the phone and face to face to those experiencing a mental health crisis. The service co-ordinator works as part of a team who provides emotional support to people who are referred to the service. Each call is different, and we provide emotional support through active listening, distraction techniques and signposting.
As part of this role, you would be responsible for leading the shift and providing advice and guidance to the support workers, and if necessary, taking over the support of a client.
