Mid and North East Essex Mind is seeking a resilient Mental Health Hospital Link Worker to provide non-clinical, person-centred support at Colchester General Hospital. You will work within UTC/ED, de-escalate distress, and connect people to appropriate services while collaborating with clinical teams.
Hours: 22.5 per week, 1.30pm–9.30pm, including weekends/bank holidays on a four-week rota. Fixed-term until 31 March 2027, with potential extension.
