Microwave Products Group (MPG) is a leading global provider of mission‑critical engineered electronic components and subsystems across five business units in six manufacturing locations. Our brands include BSC Filters, York, Criteria Labs, Dow‑Key Microwave, Pole/Zero, Espy and K&L Microwave. We’re now recruiting a Test Technician to join our highly skilled, friendly and customer‑focused production team. You will work independently and as part of a team to test filters, ensuring they meet customer requirements for fit, alignment, vibration, heat response and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Make precision adjustments and modifications using microscopes, scalpels and other small hand tools to manipulate tuning screws and RF tracks to meet amplitude and frequency ranges.
  • Record and take data from analyzers and other equipment to ensure the filter meets specification.
  • Fault‑find, highlight and resolve product issues, maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Confident and organized, eager to learn processes.
  • Patient and methodical, able to tinker/adjust to get the right result.
  • Enjoy problem‑solving, finding faults and suggesting solutions.
  • Experience in engineering or manufacturing environment, to work to exacting standards.
  • High attention to detail and a tidy work area.
  • Positive teamwork contributions, continuous improvement and target‑meeting.
  • Previous experience is advantageous, but we provide full training to starters.
