We are currently hiring a Shipping Clerk for a 1st shift position. This role is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate shipping records, and helping ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments
  • Verify products, quantities, and shipping documentation for accuracy
  • Create shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading
  • Enter shipment information into the computer/ERP system
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are ready for shipment
  • Package, label, and stage products for pickup
  • Schedule and communicate with freight carriers as needed
  • Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification
  • Resolve shipping discrepancies and report damaged or missing products
  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills
  • Experience with ERP, inventory, or shipping software is a plus
  • Ability to accurately complete shipping paperwork
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
