Overview: We're seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Engineer to join a cutting-edge BLE/Audio Codec team working on ultra-low-power embedded systems, such as wireless earbuds and headphones. This role requires strong embedded C/C++ skills, with a focus on code optimisation for constrained environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise embedded firmware for BLE audio devices
- Work on LC3 codec integration and system-level performance tuning
- Collaborate with hardware, DSP, and software teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Debug and profile firmware on target systems using cross-compilation tools
Key Technologies:
- Embedded C/C++ (performance-optimised code for low-resource systems)
- BLE / LC3
- DSP (Digital Signal Processing fundamentals)

Working Model:
