Our client is looking for a talented Project Co-ordinator to join a growing R&D team, this is a vital role that will focus on enabling smooth communication, coordination, and project tracking across sites. You will work closely with project sponsors and managers, ensuring projects stay on schedule and are documented in line with internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and support the development of project plans and schedules
- Manage the central documentation library and project tracking tools
- Facilitate timely communication between UK and China-based teams
- Organise and minute project meetings, track milestones, and produce reports
- Ensure compliance with internal project procedures and quality standards
- Oversee IP management (e.g. patents, publications)
- Act as a superuser for Epicor and manage technical publication records
- Evaluate project progress against timelines and budgets
- Prepare bilingual (English/Mandarin) reports to a high professional standard
- Build strong working relationships across teams and departments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Prior experience in project coordination or a similar administrative role
- Experience in electrical or electronic industries
- Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in multicultural environments
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Experience translating technical documents, especially in the semiconductor field
