I’m currently working with a leading semiconductor client looking to strengthen their team with experienced Design Verification Engineers (all levels) to support cutting-edge mixed-signal IC development in the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on digital verification for complex mixed-signal ICs, contributing to cutting-edge semiconductor projects within a highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and develop IC verification plans and test cases
  • Lead verification activities to ensure high-quality IC delivery
  • Build and maintain reusable UVM/SystemVerilog testbenches
  • Drive improvements in verification methodologies and flows
  • Support and mentor engineers within the team
  • Contribute across the full design and verification lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Experience verifying complex mixed-signal ICs / SoCs
  • Strong background in metric-driven verification (coverage, constrained random, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SystemVerilog (incl. SVA) and UVM or equivalent methodologies
  • Strong debugging skills across RTL and testbench environments
Nice to Have
  • Formal verification experience
  • Scripting skills (Tcl, Perl, Python, etc.)
  • Power-aware verification (CPF/UPF)
  • Understanding of OOP and design patterns

Hybrid working model (typically 2+ days onsite). Candidates should be within commuting distance or open to relocation.
