We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Engineering Manager to lead semiconductor product development and engineering activities at our Bedford-based facility, supporting both local wafer fabrication and global manufacturing operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering innovative, high-performance semiconductor products from concept through to high-volume production.

As Product Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers developing advanced semiconductor devices, including MOSFETs, TVS diodes, and Thyristors. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure products meet performance, quality, and commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage semiconductor product development from concept to production
  • Oversee design, testing, and qualification of new devices and processes
  • Drive project planning and execution using tools such as MS Project
  • Develop robust business cases, including cost and timeline estimates
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, TS16949, and AECQ standards
