Responsibilities

Project

Ownership: Manage end-to-end delivery from client enquiry to production.

Client

Management: Act as the primary technical contact to capture specs and manage scope.

Technical

Leadership: Direct and review the work of electronics and PCB layout engineers.

Hands-On

Hardware: Execute circuit design, simulation, board bring-up, and fault finding.

Documentation & Testing: Author technical reports and support EMC/qualification activities.

Requirements Commercial track record of end-to-end project ownership and delivery.

Experience providing technical direction to hardware/PCB engineers.

Strong client-facing skills (requirements capture, technical reporting).

Mixed Analogue and Digital Design with Micro-controllers.

Schematic Capture (Altium and/or Cadence).

Desirables: Power & Processing: SMPS design; 8/16/32/64-Bit Microprocessors.

External

Resource: Experience managing sub-contracted software, firmware, or mechanical design.

Commercial: Consultancy/design services background.
