Our client is seeking a Senior Game Engineer to join them for a 12-month contract working on low-level game engine development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent industrial experience may be considered).
  • Strong proficiency in modern C++.
  • Proven experience in low-level development and optimization of commercial game engines.
  • Strong practical knowledge of game engine technologies and pipelines, including graphics, physics, and collision systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team on the entire development cycle of research projects.
  • Develop and propose innovative ideas that offer measurable benefits to advance the mobile gaming industry.
  • Drive the optimization of AAA mobile games and game engine performance.
  • Lead the creation of plugins, Android Framework APIs, and demos to enhance game performance.
