As the DevOps Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable development flows for hardware and software teams. You will also lead the setup and management of IT systems, cloud services, and internal toolchains, ensuring a seamless and secure developer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for hardware (RTL, FPGA) and software (embedded, drivers, applications).
- Automate toolchains for simulation, synthesis, build/test, and deployment.
- Integrate version control (e.g., Git), issue tracking, and documentation workflows.
- Set up and manage cloud environments (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP optional).
- Manage Microsoft 365 tools (email, Teams, SharePoint, user management).
- Oversee endpoint management (laptops, VPNs, network security).
- Deploy and maintain EDA tools, SDKs, cross-compilers, containerized dev environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline development and testing workflows.
- Monitor systems for performance, cost, and reliability.
- Implement secure access control, backups, and data protection policies.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in flow or DevOps development (HW/SW hybrid preferred).
- Cloud experience.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, shell scripting, and infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with EDA tools and embedded development environments.
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes optional).
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a startup environment.
