microTECH Global Limited in Bristol is seeking a Senior Characterization Engineer to lead the development and validation of next-generation high-speed optical and electrical semiconductor products. The role combines hands-on characterization, signal integrity, test automation and data analysis to drive robust measurement solutions.

You will plan and execute bench and PVT characterization activities across international teams, mentor engineers, and push improvements in automation and AI-assisted.
