Senior and Team Lead Analog IC Design Engineer

We are looking for experienced Analog IC Design Engineers to expand our cutting-edge Data Conversion and Power Conversion IP portfolio. If you thrive on technical challenges and want to work in an environment that embraces automation and next-gen methodologies, this role is for you!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Transistor-level design & analysis using a revolutionary methodology.
- Technical leadership of analog block/sub-system developments.
- Top-down design approach β defining and implementing analog circuits.
- Behavioral modeling (Verilog-A) & verification across PVT.
- Collaboration with customers to define and build analog subsystems for advanced SoCs.
What We Are Looking For:
- Silicon-proven analog design experience β from concept to mass production.
- Hands-on approach to circuit design and a drive to embrace new methodologies.
- Strong expertise in analog/mixed-signal IPs, including ADCs, DACs, LDOs, and Power ICs.
- Experience with Cadence tools, CMOS process nodes, and modeling (VerilogA, Verilog AMS, SystemVerilog).
- Programming skills in Python (preferred).
- Mentorship experience β coaching and developing junior designers is a plus.
