How to prepare for a job interview at microTECH Global Limited

✨Know Your RF Basics

Brush up on your RF fundamentals before the interview. Make sure you can confidently discuss RF amplifier, filter, and frequency synthesiser design. Being able to explain these concepts clearly will show that you have a solid grasp of the technical skills required for the role.

✨Showcase Your Experience

Prepare specific examples from your past work where you've designed RF-based circuits or developed products from concept to verification. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers, making it easy for the interviewer to see your impact.

✨Communicate Clearly

✨Familiarise Yourself with the Tools

Get to know the latest test and measurement equipment mentioned in the job description, like spectrum/network analysers and anechoic chambers. If you have experience with similar tools, be prepared to discuss how you've used them in your previous roles.
