What Youll Be Doing
- As our Helpzone & Admissions Senior Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our college community, supporting students, guiding visitors, and empowering your team to deliver an outstanding, one-stop experience.
- Leading our frontline Helpzone team, ensuring every student receives professional, warm, and helpful support.
- Providing specialist admissions knowledge, answering questions, guiding applicants, and helping people take their next big step.
- Organising key college events like Interview Evenings, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Overseeing all admissions activities, from managing applications to ensuring the team has full rota coverage.
- Working closely with academic and Helpzone colleagues to keep enquiries, applications, and Apprenticeship processes flowing through our CRM.
- Stepping in on the frontline when needed, giving hands-on support that keeps our Helpzone experience outstanding.
