Responsibilities
- Supporting curriculum teams with essential admin
- Liaising with staff, students, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring everything we do is audit-compliant and meets funding requirements
- Managing room bookings and helping build timetables that work for everyone
- Providing excellent customer support every single day
- Keeping accurate records on EBS (we love good data!)
- Part of the centralised Curriculum Administration Service (CAS), working with a friendly team, sharing best practice, building knowledge, and developing skills through weekly training.
