As a professional Lecturer - Automotive, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences. This includes undertaking formal scheduled duties such as teaching, tutorials, and student assessment, as well as preparing and delivering engaging lessons and learner reports. You will attend parents and employer events as required, ensuring strong communication and support for learners.
To succeed in this role, you will hold a Level 3 qualification specific to automotive and bring valuable industry experience. If you do not already hold a teaching qualification, you will be expected to achieve one within three years. A keen interest in student-centred learning, the ability to build effective relationships with students and colleagues, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
