We’re looking for a QA Specialist to join a global Channel Strategy & Operations team supporting a major e-commerce partnership across multiple countries. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of quality assurance, data validation, and automation, with direct impact on customer experience at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manual QA to identify inconsistencies, bugs, and data issues across systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve tickets and production-related issues
- Conduct end-to-end validation of product data, catalog information, and workflows
- Test and validate APIs and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, CX, engineering)
- Gradually take ownership of independent QA auditing processes
- Contribute to the automation of manual processes over time
Requirements
- English level: B2+ or higher
- Experience in Manual QA (beyond executing test cases — strong analytical thinking required)
- Exposure to test automation (any language or tool) such as Selenium, Playwright or scripting with Python / Java
- Experience working with APIs and data validation (REST, JSON, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
