Your Focus:
Business Value Strategy & Value Engineering Execution
- Lead the end-to-end value engineering lifecycle, helping customers recognize and achieve measurable business value from initial engagement to expansion and renewal.
- Develop and continuously refine value engineering methodologies that position our platform as a strategic driver of business transformation.
- Partner with Sales to create persuasive, ROI-focused business cases and business value propositions tailored to each customers goals.
- Infuse business value thinking into every stage of the sales process, from first interaction to final negotiation.
Sales Enablement & GTM Alignment
- Build and scale value engineering tools and frameworks that drive consistency and effectiveness in customer engagements.
- Maintain a centralized library of business value assets, including ROI models, industry benchmarks, success stories, and impact assessments.
- Train and enable field teams on value engineering practices and how to lead high-impact conversations centred on business value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and customer experience across the full go-to-market ecosystem.
Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth
- Co-own regional go-to-market planning with Sales leaders to ensure value engineering directly supports pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and expansion opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize accounts and segments where business value impact can be most effectively demonstrated.
- Define and track key metrics to measure the contribution of value engineering to sales performance, customer success, and revenue growth.
New Logo Acquisition & Account Strategy
- Design compelling business value narratives that support strategic account entry and new logo pursuits.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive account-based strategies supported by actionable value engineering insights.
- Capture outcomes from strategic engagements and ensure follow-through on all agreed-upon actions that drive business value for the customer.
Leadership & Organizational Enablement
- Evangelize a business value-driven mindset across the organization, championing the role of value engineering in driving customer success.
- Act as a thought leader and mentor to internal teams on how to deliver differentiated, customer-centric value engagements.
- Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment in value delivery, messaging, and execution.
Qualifications
- Value Engineering Expertise: Strong experience in value engineering, business consulting, or strategic B2B enterprise sales.
- Business Value Focus: Proven track record in quantifying and presenting business value to senior executives and business stakeholders.
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to create and communicate impactful business cases, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Executive Presence: Experience engaging at the C-level, with the ability to influence key stakeholders through strong business storytelling.
