Primary Responsibility: Maximise extrusion productivity on up to 3 extrusion lines.

Essential Functions of Position (not limited to tasks listed):

Troubleshoot and make appropriate adjustments to all affected equipment to produce parts that meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with Manufacturing Supervisor on cell work assignments to minimise downtime on extruders and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Work with the Extrusion Engineer and/or the Chief Technical Officer in developing new product processing conditions.
Work with Quality Control in developing appropriate measuring methods for new products.
