Your Role: As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will:

  • Execute regression and smoke testing across web and mobile workflows to ensure release quality.
  • Validate completed tickets against acceptance criteria and document bugs clearly for engineering review.
  • Maintain and improve QA checklists, test scenarios, and internal documentation.
  • Investigate product issues escalated by internal support teams and reproduce reported bugs.
  • Resolve minor data or configuration issues directly when appropriate.
  • Escalate validated engineering defects with clear documentation to minimize interruption to core engineers.
  • Complete low-complexity development tasks including front-end updates, minor bug fixes, validation rules, and internal tooling tasks.
  • Support testing and implementation of scoped product enhancements.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

  • 1–3 years of technical experience in software QA, support engineering, or junior software development.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate technical issues independently.
  • Comfortable reading and understanding application workflows.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira.
  • Ability to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, and in shifting schedules.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Preferred skills/expertise:

  • Basic coding ability preferred (JavaScript / TypeScript / SQL exposure helpful).
  • Experience supporting web and mobile applications.
  • Exposure to release management or DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to assist in internal tooling and process improvements.
